The Ultra / Ultra 5 6P2402-X built by Cavco Emlenton is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,579 square feet on a 60-foot frame. The main level combines a kitchen, a great room and a dining room, with the owner's bedroom and a bath with a walk-in shower at the right and an integrated garage beside the foyer. A covered porch to be site built is drawn at the entry. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a family room, a hall bath, an open landing and a space marked as an optional extra bedroom fill the level.
