The main level combines a kitchen, a great room and a dining room, with the owner’s bedroom and a bath with a walk-in shower at the right and an integrated garage beside the foyer. A covered porch to be site built is drawn at the entry. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a family room, a hall bath, an open landing and a space marked as an optional extra bedroom fill the level.
